When will my first delivery be?
Free and fast delivery! Your order ships NEXT BUSINESS DAY and will arrive shortly after.

What about the second order onwards?
For your second box onwards, we will let you know what Whisky is coming 2 days before the charge date (the last day of each month). This gives you time to skip that whisky or opt in/double up your order.

What's in the welcome pack?

Are there any other ongoing fees?
We proudly offer free shipping on all subscription orders, and you can skip or cancel an upcoming order at any time.

What are my frequency options?
You can choose to have a whisky delivered every 1 or 2 months. When we email you with all the details, you can choose to opt in or out (or add in some one-off extras) before your charge is processed.

Is the pricing the same each month?
It is important for us to be able to showcase the very best of Australian whisky. At times this may mean we have a $135 bottle in the box and others a $165 one. It's all dependent on the whisky, and it will change each month.
Our pricing will consistently offer better value than the recommended retail price (RRP) of the whisky, ensuring exceptional value for our members. This adaptable approach also ensures that the distillers receive fair compensation for the dedication and craftsmanship poured into each whisky.

What kind of whiskies will I get?
In every box you can expect a diverse selection of Australian single malt whiskies.
We'll feature a wide array of cask types, varying strengths, ages, and styles, ensuring a rich and dynamic whisky experience for our members.

How does billing work?
Billing will happen on the last day of the previous month you are due a box. Your box will then ship on the 1st of the month and will arrive with you soon after.
