Nose
Chamomile tea, bergamot, and macadamia nut give way to baked cherry, apricot jam, and almond essence.
Taste
Malt and Oak are prominent at first but give way to preserved lemon, dried florals, and white pepper.
Finish
The oak persists through the finish with mixed spices, dried fruits, and just a hint of toffee and black currant.
