• Mash Bill – 20% peated malt from Scotland with unpeated Atlas and Compass malts sourced from Victoria’s Voyager Craft Malt.
• Barrels - First-fill and second-fill ex-sherry casks, enhanced by the subtle intrigue of lightly peated Spanish sherry casks.
• Aged - Average of 8 years, minimum 5.5
• ABV - 45%

Rich and layered, the palate unfolds with brandy custard and decadent trifle, complemented by a faint wisp of applewood smoke. Sherry sweetness and a touch of demerara sugar bring depth, balanced by a silky, smooth texture.
