This exceptional release is a combination of Australian Tawny and Apera casks that have been finished for over 15 months in old Yalumba Muscat casks. This combination of Australian fortified wine casks has produced an intricate and complex whisky that draws together flavour elements from each cask type to create a unique and nuanced whisky.
All new subscribers from 07.04.24 will receive May's whisky.

Distinguished by the infusion of sea-salt-influenced rainwater, this Double Cask Port Expression offers a bold, yet impeccably balanced flavour profile suited to any occasion. Upon sipping you can anticipate subtle notes of black cherry, spiced and stewed apples, manuka honey, and light oak. Matured in premium Heavens Hill Bourbon casks, then rested in Yalumba Port casks, the double cask methodology infuses a rich flavour and depth thanks to both American and French oak. This multi-layered complexity makes it an absolute stand-out from your first to last sip.
