Crafted exclusively for our members by Australia’s oldest continuously operating whisky distillery, the Sicilian Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is a never before seen release from the depths of Hellyers Road barrel house and a whisky that we are incredibly proud to bring to you this month. Aged for 7 years in premium ex-bourbon casks, before being transferred to premium, rich Italian Marsala casks from Sicily, this whisky is like nothing we have tasted before. Maturing just 500 meters from Tasmania’s Bass Strait, it captures the essence of the rugged coastline which perfectly compliments the bright, fresh notes of vanilla, dried fruits and orange zest, to create a harmonious, smooth and complex whisky.

This exquisite release, exclusive for our members has been hand selected from some of the oldest vintages from the Family Reserve French oak sherry casks, yielding a complex flavour profile with a rich, lasting finish highlighted by notes of caramel and toffee.
