From their riverside estate in Tasmania’s Central Highlands, Lawrenny craft whisky with rare provenance: estate-grown barley, pure Derwent River water, and a climate made for slow, careful maturation. It’s one of the few true paddock-to-bottle operations in the world.

For our November release, they’ve stepped outside the expected. This Rum Cask Finish Port Cask Single Malt brings together six years in vibrant Portuguese port casks with a bold rum finish — the barrels previously holding bourbon, then stout, then rum.
