Tasting Notes
Aroma
Opens with an elegant bouquet of almonds, apricots and marzipan, wrapped in warm honey and a lift of peppered sweet cordial. Rich, inviting, and unmistakably apera-influenced.
Palate
Super smooth and beautifully textured, the palate glides effortlessly with soft sweet oak and an incredibly long palate. Layers of sweet fruits, roasted nuts, baked toffee and creamy butterscotch build with richness and poise.
Finish
Long, rich and creamy, carrying sherried sweetness and mellow oak tones right to the end.
