  • Tasting Notes

    Nose
    Sweet and spry. Creaming soda, freshly grated nutmeg, vanilla pods and lemon peel.

    Taste
    Plummy fruits, buttery gingerbread, fennel, red liquorice, cracked black pepper and sweet tobacco. Viscous and oily – classically Irish in texture.

    Finish
    A slightly dry finish with soft and lingering baking spice.
