    Nose
    Dark caramel and toasted oak, with hints of chocolate-covered raisins, roasted hazelnuts, and a subtle wisp of red gum smoke.

    Taste
    Sticky date pudding and ripe red berries, layered with spiced honey, roasted nuts, and charred vanilla. A gentle warmth from the red gum smoke adds depth without overpowering the Tawny sweetness.

    Finish
    Long and indulgent, with nutty caramel, oak toast, and lingering embers of campfire smoke.
