  • Tasting Notes

    Aroma
A welcoming nose of buttery toffee, dried fruits and orange peel unfolds from the glass, with hints of raspberry jam adding brightness and charm. Gentle campfire smoke lingers in the background, while the Apera casks bring notes of raisin, spice and rich fruitcake sweetness.

    Palate
Luxuriously smooth and mouth-filling, opening with syrup, sticky figs and plump raisins before revealing layers of toasted nuts, smoked honey and creamy vanilla. The red gum smoke adds depth and complexity without overshadowing the whisky's rich fruit character.

    Finish
Soft chocolate, sweet baking spice and delicate wood smoke linger alongside dried fruits and toasted oak, leaving a rich, comforting sweetness that slowly fades long after the final sip.
