Nose
Orange and pear with creamed honey and soft citrus, followed by brown sugar, dark fruit cake, and rum and raisin chocolate.
Taste
Stone fruit, maraschino cherry, and raisins lead, with warming spice, malt, and polished oak adding depth.
Finish
Long, smooth, and satisfying, with seasoned tawny casks, fruit leather and a gentle, lingering spice.
