Crafted in the windswept town of Oatlands, Tasmania – where heritage meets high-spec precision – this Amontillado Cask Single Malt captures the ambition of Callington Mill. Built on the site of an 1830s flour mill, the distillery is now among the most advanced in the Southern Hemisphere. This release marks a first for Barrel Lane, finished in a freshly emptied Amontillado cask – a rare, dry sherry style revered for its structure and complexity. Sourced direct from Jerez, Spain – the historic home of sherry – it delivers roasted almond, sticky toffee and spiced orange on a silky, composed palate.
