After twisting Rod's arm, we've secured a handful of bottles of Noble Lane - the third release of Amber Lane's dessert whisky with a cult following. 

A crème brulee-style expression - expect a gentle vanilla & citrus nose, giving way to a palate of lemon meringue, old-fashioned lemonade, cinnamon scrolls, pancakes with maple syrup & vanilla ice-cream. 

This whisky reflects Amber Lane’s sophisticated approach to maturation, with beautifully integrated influences from ex-Bourbon, virgin French Oak and ex-Botrytis casks.

This drinks as a dessert whisky - something to enjoy after dinner, with a delicious range of sweet and pastry notes that immediately conjures the sense of a French patisserie. An outstanding Single Malt, it's one of our favourites at the moment.
