Known for balance, texture, and consistency rather than excess, Old Kempton has become a reference point for Tasmanian single malt done well.
Built around seasoned Australian tawny casks, the whisky layers dried fruit, brown sugar, and gentle spice over a rich malt core. Large-format casks are used to slow oak influence, allowing depth to build without crowding the palate or masking the spirit.
