For Christmas each year, Old Kempton aims to craft a whisky that both evokes the flavours of an Australian Christmas. This year they have selected an Olorosso cask that was finishing a combination of Tawny and Pinot Noir matured whisky, and we're thrilled to be able to share this with our members. 

Aroma: An initial aroma of Christmas pudding, orange, marzipan, and cherry ripe develops with time as toffee biscuits, old oak, and toasted cinnamon become more prominent. 

Palate: Plenty of dried fruit, orange, peach, and caramel. Oak and mixed spice develops across the palate.

Finish: Oak, ginger bread, and mixed spice continues with lingering malt and toffee.
