On Tasmania’s east coast, where sea air drifts through blue gums and the island’s pure rainwater feeds every stage of production, Spring Bay Distillery has been refining its quiet craft for over a decade.

This exclusive release for Barrel Lane marks an important milestone: the Triple Wood. Fully matured in French oak port, French oak sherry and American oak bourbon casks, it represents a balance of heritage and place. The spirit is layered with bright stone fruit, spiced raisin and soft vanilla, unfolding across a polished palate that reflects both patience and precision.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Bright stone fruit and soft vanilla, with honeyed oak, warm spice, raisin, fig and a lift of citrus peel.
• Palate: Silky and expressive, with baked apricot, spiced orange and toasted almond, supported by caramelised sugar and gentle oak.
