Crafted by Iniquity at Tin Shed Distilling Co. in Welland, South Australia, the ‘Tunkalilla’ Single Malt captures the wild coastal spirit of its namesake. This small-batch whisky was drawn from a distinctive blend of apera, tawny, bourbon and shiraz casks, with a solera element adding depth and maturity.

The influence of South Australian peat brings a delicate eucalyptus character, softening into rich caramel, chocolate and warm spice. With just six barrels making up the release, this is a whisky that reflects both place and craftsmanship — bold, complex and unmistakably Iniquity.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Warm aromas of caramel, milk chocolate and honeycomb, with subtle smoke and eucalyptus for balance.
• Palate: Full and viscous, revealing brandy snaps, baking spices and burnt sugar, layered with evolving sweetness and spice.
